1. Double-click Filters\Unicode\Convert to and from Unicode
2. Set the FROM format to ANSI (or ASCII)
3. Set the TO format to UTF-8
4. Drag and drop the files to convert onto the Files to Process Grid
5. Click Go at the base of TextPipe's window

Example 2 - Convert ANSI or ASCII to UTF-16LE
