We have selected PayProGlobal and PayPal to handle online transactions on behalf of DataMystic. Both have a long history of providing secure, reliable payment processing.

  • PayProGlobal accepts credit cards, Purchase Orders, Bank/Wire Transfer and EuroCheck.

Our Purchase Process

After your payment has been confirmed, we will email you a set of instructions for accessing our secure web site. After you have logged in with these instructions, you will see a list of all the purchases you have made, each with a corresponding link to download or email the registered software (you cannot convert the evaluation software to registered software). We also provide instructions to uninstall the evaluation software and install the registered software. The secure area also gives you information about updates, additional licenses and support plans.

Old Versions

Need more licenses of older versions that you know work and have tested thoroughly? Since the 'key' we issue on purchase is more of a receipt number than a technical key, you can purchase new licenses and use them against older versions. We are also able to re-supply the install files for older versions if you are purchasing new licenses.

License Type

Unless otherwise indicated, all our licenses are annual subscriptions.

A license generally includes one year of upgrades - unusually, both major (e.g. 5.xx to 6.xx) and minor (e.g. 5.31 to 5.42).

Tax Exempt purchases

Tax exempt orders involve our payment processor PayProGlobal. There are 2 key methods:

  1. Tax exempt orders paid via credit card can only be processed with a post-purchase tax refund. After purchase, please send the completed order number and a copy of the exemption certificate to PayProGlobal Client Support to refund the tax on the order. PayProGlobal will then supply an updated invoice with the tax removed.
  2. If the order must be placed with the tax waived from the initial transaction, this must be via payment by Check in USD (or Wire if the order is over $400). If this option is required, please send an email to PayProGlobal Client Support with the full order detail, including name, company name, registration name, billing address, delivery address(if different), billing email address and delivery address(if different). PayProGlobal will also require the tax exemption certificate to waive the tax on the order. Once submitted, the payment instructions will be delivered to your billing email address. You may wish to use our online quote service (part of the checkout flow) to provide PayProGlobal with a link to what you wish to purchase.
