Below we list all the license types across all products. Note that not all
license types are available across all products - please visit the
purchase pages to verify this.
Choosing the Right License
You may access the software through a network, provided that
you have obtained individual licenses covering all computers that will run the
software from the network. For instance, if six different workstations will
access the software on the network, you will need a six-user license, whether
they use the software at different times or concurrently.
Home License/Personal Edition
May be used by one person in a home environment. CANNOT be used in
corporate, organizational, government or military environment. If you have
both a Desktop and Laptop computer, you may install ONE (1) copy on each
computer provided there is no chance of both being used at the same time.
Single User License/Desktop Edition/Single User Pack/Lite License
May either be used by one person who uses the software exclusively on one
or more non-server class computers, or installed onto a single non-server
class computer that is used non-simultaneously by multiple people. If the
software is installed onto multiple non-server class computers and more
people than the original licensee will use the software, each additional
user must obtain a license for themselves. If you have both a Desktop and
Laptop computer, you may install ONE (1) copy on each computer provided
there is no chance of both being used at the same time.
May NOT be used under Windows Terminal Services unless locked down to one
user only.
Floating License (TextPipe Pro, WordPipe, ExcelPipe)
A floating license can be shared between multiple users.
This CAN be used under Windows Terminal Services.

Subscription (WordPipe, ExcelPipe, ResumePipe)
Pay-as-you-go - pay only for the number of documents processed. May be
used by an UNLIMITED number of users, as all processed documents are tracked
via our server.
Server License
May be installed on ONE (1) server class computer ONLY (such
as a database server or web server). It is NOT where the software is used as a
file server to provide access to multiple users - for this you need multiple
Single User Licenses. CANNOT be used with Windows Terminal Services.
Site License/Educational Site
May be installed on up to 500 computers of server class and non-server class
at one site ONLY.
Enterprise License/Company License/University License
May be installed on up to 2000 computers of server class or
non-server class directly owned by an organization (but not on client's computers).
A desktop or non-server class computer is a computer
where only one person uses it at a time.
A server class computer is a computer running as an
email server, web server, database server etc, and the software is installed
here to provide speed enhancements because it is running on the same machine as
where the data is stored. It is NOT where the software is used as a file server
to provide access to multiple users - for this you need multiple Single User Licenses.
Our complete software license is available in the downloaded
software, and it is a condition of both evaluation and normal use that you
accept the terms of this license.
Consulting
We own the Intellectual Property to any work undertaken prior to completing a
sale. It may not be resold to anyone under any circumstance, and may be used
