External Use (with resale rights) e.g. selling to customers

You need resale rights to include TextPipe Engine in an application you sell to end users. For this we require our standard reseller agreement to be signed.

As for pricing - if you promote your TextPipe filtering as a feature to your end users (in your help file, website and documentation), then we can license it to you at the flat rate shown below - US$ 500/EU€ 394.90* per application (plus annual maintenance if required).

If you bury (hide) TextPipe within your application then a royalty must be paid for each end-user of your application. To determine your TextPipe Engine discount royalty schedule we will need to know

a) how many customers you expect per month

b) when sales will start.

Internal Use (no resale rights) e.g. internal project use

If you will only use TextPipe Engine internally, with no money changing hands, then you can use the form below to purchase one TextPipe Engine for each application using it.

This version has no resale rights - you may not resell the TextPipe Engine.

License Type

DataMystic software licenses are perpetual, non-expiring licenses. This means it is a one-off payment. It also includes one year of upgrades - both major (e.g. 5.xx to 6.xx) and minor (e.g. 5.31 to 5.42). After one year you can either keep using your current version, or pay for another year of upgrades - your license does not expire.
