For new users
ExcelPipe quickly and easily searches and replaces across thousands of Excel spreadsheets. [more]
To use ExcelPipe:
- Drag and drop your files into ExcelPipe's window, or use the Files to Process tab to Browse for a folder or List of Files.
- On the Actions tab, type in each
Find What/Replace With pair, and also where the 'Find What' should be found.
You can also specify an Excel search/replace list with Unicode text, and generate a list of hyperlinks by clicking the Hyperlink report checkbox.
Using the Look In location, you can search in hyperlinks, body text, cells, OLE Links and more. - On the Options tab, check backup mode, passwords, and restart control.
- Go! Click either the 'Start replacing' or 'Start searching' button at the bottom of the screen.
