This filter incorporates the filters found in an external file. By using the feature, you can build small filters that perform useful sub-functions, and then use the linking feature to embed them in one larger filter. Changes to the subfilter will be reflected in all filters that link to it. For example, you might have a filter than you always use for formatting paragraphs. You might link to it in other filter that reformat pages, number lines or generate lists. You use the Link Filter capability to generate reusable chunks of filters. |
