Forces all text to lowercase. This routine is ANSI-aware (handles foreign character sets).

If your input data is Unicode, check the Unicode (UTF-16LE) check box. You must also ensure that the Unicode input is in UTF-16LE format. Use the Convert to/from Unicode filter to convert it if not.
