Converts all text to Title Case ie the first letter of every word is capitalised, and all other letters are forced to lower case. This routine is ANSI-aware (handles foreign character sets).

If your input data is Unicode, check the Unicode (UTF-16LE) check box. You must also ensure that the Unicode input is in UTF-16LE format. Use the Convert to/from Unicode filter to convert it if not.
