Converts all text to Sentence case ie the first word in every sentence is capitalised, all other letters are left as is. Sentences are deemed to start after full stops, exclamation marks, colons, question marks, quotes, brackets and angle brackets (.!:?'"<(). This routine is ANSI-aware (handles foreign character sets).
