You'd have to tell me what the problem is first...? Does it complain about the captcha?

It gives this error message:

"Error: PADGEN file http://www.datawaregames.com/pad/ww3.xml is no longer being polled. There are a variety of reasons for this, including a) Failed polling on 10 successive attempts, b) Manually removed by the author, c) Attempted to spam our index, d) Superceded by a new PAD URL or e) Other. If you think this is incorrect, please contact us. "

Please provide us with RegNow codes for each PAD file.

Are RegNow codes required to be allowed to list on DownloadPipe? Our products have been listed for years and we do not have a RegNow account. Is this a new requirement?

If you're selling through RegNow, then yes, it is a requirement.

No, we do not sell through RegNow. Do you require developers to have a RegNow account to list software on DownloadPipe?

Yes - we need to be able to derive affiliate revenue from each title. We support RegNow, e5, esellerate, avangate and more.

No. Do you use an affiliate solution?

No, we do not and we have listed our software on your site for years. Then recently when I went to your site to update our software, all our software was removed, hence my confusion.

Yes - your site was flagged for investigation due to the large number of products and the lack of an affiliate program. We removed it.

It has now been restored.

No worries - just be aware that compared to other products, your titles will be listed towards the bottom. No sales, and no affiliate commission = no promotion.

Since we sell our own software and do not sell our software through RegNow, I will look through your advertising opportunities to see if there is something we can afford to purchase. Thanks again.
