Editpad Lite and Unicode encoding conversions

Owners of TextPipe Standard do not have access to the filters of TextPipe Pro to convert between different encoding formats for Unicode.
  • UTF8
    UTF16 LE
    UTF16 BE
    UTF32 LE
    UTF32 BE
There are third party tools that can provide such a feature.
One such file editor is called EditPad Pro™, and the 'free for personal use' version called EditPad Lite.
