Error after Install - Cannot find the server.

We have installed the floating license version of TextPipe Pro and upon launching the app we get the following error:

Cannot find the server. Please check with your systems administrator to ensure that is running then try again.

Any idea what the problem is? We had an eval version initially loaded, but it has been uninstalled.

Not sure what to try next. Can you help?
