benjamin%20bagby

I wish to change the names to

I have tried using find exactly with pattern

to no effect. I know i am being stupid but please help with very simple explanation

You could just search for
%20
and replace with
_

Or, use an EasyPattern search/replace for
[ capture(1+ letters ) ]%20[ capture(1+ letters ) ]
Replace with
$1_$2

Or, use a Perl Pattern search/replace for
(\w+)%20(\w+)
Replace with
$1_$2
