Recent files MRU - autodeleting not found items?

Postby DFH » Fri Oct 08, 2010 12:40 am

Many other Windows applications remove a not found file from the MRU list - after the user tries to access it from the Recent Files menu.

TextPipe doesn't. Observed in Windows 7.

Thus the only way to prune such redundant items is by means of modifying the following registry key directly (using regedit).
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DataMystic\TextPipe\fileHistory
Room for an improvement, methinks.
