Transpose?

Transpose?

I have a csv file and am wondering if TextPipe can TRANSPOSE it.

Basically, my text comes out as

Hour,1,2,3,4,5
Temp,60,61,62,63

and i want it to be transposed to a table format

Hour Temp
1 60
2 61
3 62
4 63

Here is an actual dataset

We are wondering if TextPipe is capable of this - i havent been able to see it happening.
