Calendar Items

I am currently a customer and must say I like the ease of use, and over all performance of detachpipe. I do have a few problems though...

One is I can't detach any attachments from a calendar item. Is there a way to do it, if not will detachpipe support this in the near future?

I get an error message if I try to detach an "msg" file, which is an Outlook email attached to another message. Is it possible to detach msg files?

Is there also away to get the file "About DetachPipe Attachments.txt" to be actually attached to the email. Right now it appears to be just a pointer, and any one who is not using my system, where detachpipe is installed, can not open the text file.

I have purchased the new version DetachPipe Pro for Microsoft Outlook. I can not find how to detach files from public folders, or pst folders, ect. It looks like its only allowing me to create rules to detach incoming and outgoing emails

Some questions from exisiting customer

I wanted to upgrade to a newer version; I have been an existing customer for some years now, though my company never took the support option, but this time we are thinking of upgrading our version and taking the support, and I have a few questions. How the program is used. We have a huge public fold...
