Terms

We charge USD 120/hour (or AUD 140/hour + GST) for filter development, in half-hour increments. We will process your test file, and send you back the result. When you're happy with the result, we collect payment (see below) and then send you the final filter once payment is confirmed. Our turnaround time is two-three business days for most filters.

Upfront Payment

We require a pre-payment of USD 35 before we evaluate and analyse your consulting request. This also establishes that you have the ability and desire to pay for our consulting services.

The Upfront Payment will contribute to the total consulting fee.
