Office Replace is essentially a SaaS (Software as a Service) product where you run it locally and only get billed for the value it delivers.  The more documents you have, the lower the cost per document. That makes it perfect for both small, one-off jobs, and huge, organization-wide restructuring like when a file server gets renamed and all the links need updating.

It's more than 5x cheaper than migrating documents manually, and of course, there's no mistakes.

  1. An Internet connection is required while you process documents
  2. A block of documents will EXPIRE if not used within 1 year of the purchase date. Our system guarantees to always used the oldest block first
  3. We provide an additional 10% Credit FREE to allow for testing, processing re-runs and to cover your own internal purchasing delays (e.g. 20,000 actually gives you 22,000)
  4. Our system will email your purchasing officer AND warn the current user when the remaining volume falls below the 10%, 5%, 2% and 0% levels
  5. A standard document has a size below 1 MB. We reserve the right to charge multiple document units for files exceeding this size.
  6. After purchase, login and download the per-document versions of WordPipe, ExcelPipe and PowerPointPipe (don't forget to uninstall the evaluation versions!).
    Under Options Menu\Document Block Settings, simply enter your purchase email address.
