Reporting
A series of reports can then be run over this data, such as daily, weekly and monthly Top 20 Offender Reports, and individual IP addresses or IP address ranges reports. These reports can be produced on a scheduled basis and emailed to key users. These reports are based on the 300+ items of spam received by Crystal Software each DAY.
You can filter out internal IP addresses and IP address ranges using an Access-like query sheet. Loop back IP addresses such as 127.0.0.1 are automatically excluded.
